Aliph’s Jawbone headset is widely considered the sexiest and best-performing Bluetooth headset on the market. Yesteday the company revealed its Jawbone Prime, a new version that replaces the eleven-month-old Jawbone 2 with the intention of improving comfort, control and quality.The Prime looks much like its predecessor, and its $130 price tag is no surprise, either. But slighlty new curvature “makes it a bit easier for your finger to find the button you use for functions such as turning the headset on and off,” says Harry McCracken at Technologizer, who got a first crack at a test unit.The Jawbone Prime comes with an earloop and six rubber earbuds in three different sizes for sizing, but the real point of note is sound quality. Aliph claims the new headset has better quality than the previous one, and it carries “NoiseAssassin” noise reduction and a Voice Activity Sensor that’s specifically geared toward wind interference.This is also the first Jawbone that supports multipoint Bluetooth, allowing the user to use it with two phones at once.

Just how thin is the Nokia E71x? To compare, Motorola’s original Razr V3 was about 15 mm thick.

The phone comes in a “black steel” finish and is generally meant to evoke the same kind of “ooh, ahh” that Apple’s iPhone 3G commanded before it became the phone de rigeur of everyone and their mother.

In other words: Nokia is making a go of the U.S. market, despite my previous post noting that the company is subscribing to a global strategy. RIM, watch out.

A feature phone with no gaps in the spec sheet, Sony Ericsson G705 finds itself in quite a predicament. One, it's good enough to mess with the big boys (yep, that's smartphones), but second, it's cocky enough for the big boys to start messing with it.

We've got a bunch of sliders there, with Wi-Fi, GPS and FM radio not even mentioned in the table, as all of them are available across the sample. Nokia E66 and Nokia N95 are all-in-one Symbian phones that, business or multimedia spin aside, easily match the main point of G705 - web browsing and connectivity. The now elderly Nokia N95 manages to even match its price tag.

Nokia 6260 slide is bigger and heavier but that's probably quite worth it, given the higher-res screen, better camera, stereo speakers and the great web browser borrowed from S60 UI. But it would be a few months before it hits the market while Sony Ericsson G705 will be enjoying a good headstart - and sets to make the best of the Christmas shopping spree. What's more, the G705 sounds notably easier on the wallet than the yet-to-be-released Nokia 6260 slide.

The LG KP500 Cookie

It is only 11.9mm thick, which presumably makes it the thinnest phone around with a tucked in stylus. The LG Cookie sports a 3-inch TFT touchscreen display and a 3 megapixel fixed focus camera. It doesn't have 3G support, but you have EDGE and quad-band GSM at your disposal.

The other new thing we just found out about the LG Cookie is that the video recording won't be as exciting as that of some other LG cameraphones. Here you'll have only QVGA video at 12fps.

Video playback is not stunning either - the LG Cookie won't support DivX or XviD - instead you'd have to do with only MPEG4 video at 24fps (up to 240 x 400 pixel resolution).

Nevertheless, the LG KP500 is indeed going to have a really attractive price point as promised - the estimated price is only 170 euro before taxes and subsidies. We duly expect this baby in our office for a review spin.

Compared to GSM version, there is not so many PDA Phone based on CDMA network which available. This opportunity takes by Dopod (or now HTC) when releasing Dopod D818c.

Using Dopod D818Pro frame, it is not strange if the appearance of Dopod D818c same as the brother which based on GSM network. The only way to differentiate it is when you tum on the. If D818Pro casing is available in 5 color choice, Dopod D818c only have one color. Dark color of course impressing elegant, but in parallel with dearly shows your finger spot which as described on the gleam surface.

This PDA phone has dual band technology, can be attached with RUIM card from all CDMA operators. Not found the setting for injection number. When tum on, PDA phone direct recognizes the applied operator network, and set its configuration. We can easily changes operator and Network Wizard setting.

2 Megapixel CMOS camera applicable to take a picture and also records a video. Unhappily flash light is not available. Camera setting still same as the GSM version, 2,8 inch screen with QVGA resolution its enough to enjoy photo display and also video. With addition memory slot, capacities can be added when the intemal memory is full.

Dopod figures Intemet Sharing for intemet connectivity. Even not supported EVDO technology, video streaming in this PDA phone can be said not bad. But unfortunately, we can't find video call facility.

Bluetooth 2.0 support with A2DP and AVRCP enables us to exploit Bluetooth accessory, the example, headset or speaker, to listen music. Plus the Audio Manager to arrange outputs sound. But, sad to say, the sound produce by speaker is still standard. Better if you applies headset. For microphone is provided AGC Microphone setting.

In software equipment, JBLEND is available to organize Java application installation in the device. Dopod also adds Adobe Reader LE to read PDF file, Voice Speed Dial which uses voice to command the application, and Zip for file compression.

Product Overview

The Nokia N810 Internet Tablet is the third Internet Tablet from the Finnish handset manufacturer and is powered by Maemo, a user interface that runs on top of Linux. Hardware features include a 4.13" 800x480 pixel resolution touchscreen display and stereo speakers. A VGA resolution, front facing webcam is built-in for video calling over Gizmo's VOIP, and an ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the display.
